A dog-hole bench is only as good as what goes in the holes. TANYO dogs and clamps fit standard 3/4 inch holes and hold work flat, square and still.

Bench dogs are pegs that drop into holes in a workbench top and act as stops; bench dog clamps add a lever arm that presses the work down. Together they hold boards for planing, sanding, routing and track saw cuts without any vise. TANYO dogs are anodised aluminium for 3/4 in (19 mm) holes; the clamps have adjustable height and silicone pads.
Standard bench dog holes are 3/4 inch or 19mm, drilled through the workbench top on a grid. Bench dog clamps are compatible with any of them: drop the post in, lower the arm onto the workpiece and turn the knob for clamping pressure. Because the clamp sits in a hole rather than on the edge, it can secure a board anywhere on the surface — the middle of a panel, the end of a long board, or a horizontal piece for routing.
For woodworking projects that need a fixed reference, combine hole clamps with aluminium bench dogs as stops: the dogs give a solid, square base and the clamps add downward force. Set-up is tool-free, the pads protect the work, and the adjustable arm handles different stock thickness, so one accessory set covers most jobs on the bench.
They are made for 3/4 in (19 mm) holes; 20 mm holes may be loose.
No, the silicone and non-slip pads protect the surface.
Up to 70 mm.
